Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement
Emergency legislation signed by then-Governor John Baldacci on May 19, 2009 enacted the Maine First Responder Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement. LD 847-An Act Authorizing Statewide Mutual Aid Among First Responder Agencies appended Title 37-B § 784 of Maine Law to provide this coverage to all political jurisdictions in Maine.
